An 8-bedroom villa in Emirates Hills, Dubai ultra-luxury residential development, is up for sale for Dh155 million.
The villa has a built up area of 38,133 square feet on a plot size of 22,240 square feet, according to information provided by Ocean View Real Estate, the listing agent.
It has five living/dining/family halls, two kitchens, one pantry, one office room, a gymnasium, steam and sauna, swimming pool, theatre/cinema, party hall (capacity 200 people with DJ stand), snooker and games room and a garden facing lake with irrigation system.
